Overall standard: August 1, 2025；

Regarding the insulation sheath section: August 1st, 2027

【Switching requirements】

1、Starting from the date when the standard was implemented, all new and old products produced and manufactured must meet the requirements.

2、All new and existing products must complete the switch of product certification certificates within the specified time by the Certification and Accreditation Administration Commission (the exact time will be provided by the Commission).

Note: According to Article 25 of the "Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China", "Products and services that do not comply with mandatory standards shall not be produced, sold, imported, or provided."
